2010 Tax Forms

One thing we could always count on with death and taxes was that the tax forms would show up in our mailboxes at the first of January.  No more!  Both Maine state revenue and Federal revenue departments have discontinued shipping tax forms to individual taxpayers to save printing costs.

LPL has a limited number of Federal tax forms and instruction booklets for distribution.    You can also get Federal forms from the IRS web site at http://www.irs.gov. 

We have no state tax forms but you have multiple options for getting the state forms:

  • Order forms by phone: Call the Maine Revenue Service at 207.624.7894
  • Photocopy short and long forms. Ask at the LPL Reference Desk for forms to copy.  You will be charged $.20 per page printing fee.
