Diabetes & You: Health & Wellness Fair

LPL is partnering with Common Ties Mental Health Services and Tri-County Mental Health Services to present a free community diabetes health fair. The event takes place in Callahan Hall from 1 to 4 p.m. on Tues., Feb. 15th.
The following special panel discussions will take place during the afternoon:
1:30 p.m. Success Stories! Meet some case managers and health care professionals who have been working to help at-risk people manage their diabetes.
2:30 p.m. Diabetes 101. Health Educatiors from St. Mary’s will cover the basics and answer your questions about diabetes prevention, detection, and ongoing care.
