New Library Policy: Did YOU know?

The following went into effect on January 3rd:

Due to the amount of staff time required to process all requests (both in-system and out-of-system), when cardholders request items and fail to pick them up at the Library after being notified of their arrival, a $2.00 fee will be charged to their account.  Cardholders will be given at least 5 business days to pick up the item after being notified.

Any time you need more than five business days to pick up your reserve item, just call the Circulation Desk at 513-3134.  We can usually arrange for a couple of extra days!
