Great Falls Forum: “Understanding Maine’s Food System: Life at the End of the Pipeline”

Mark B. Lapping, Executive Director at USM’s Muskie School of Public Service, will be speaking on his latest research interest of food security/insecurity with a talk entitled, “Understanding Maine’s Food System: Life at the End of the Pipeline.”  Details to follow in January.

This Great Falls Forum event will take place in the Library’s Callahan Hall from 12 noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan 19.  All Forum programs are free and open to the public.  Attendees are encouraged to bring a brown bag lunch or to take advantage of the Forum’s partnership with Guthries Cafe and order from their menu in advance of the presentation; bottled water, coffee and tea will be available at the Library.
