The Poet As Art
Past Event ....... January 24th — 6:30 p.m.
LPL is once again teaming up with LA Arts to continue our “Poet as Art”series. This free public event will take place on Thursday, January 24 at 6:30 p.m. in the Library’s Callahan Hall.
The program will feature Maine poets Robert Farnsworth and Carolyn Gelland reading from their work and also reading the work of the late poet, Kenneth Frost. In addition, they will be talking about their writing and answering questions from the audience. Copies of their books will be available for purchase and signing following the talk.
