Great Falls Forum: “Bates and the Engaged Liberal Arts”

Our January Forum features the newly-inaugurated President of Bates College, Clayton Spencer. Clayton will be presenting an inside look at the latest developments on the Bates campus and will also lay out her take on the future of the College.
This Great Falls Forum event will take place in the Library’s Callahan Hall from 12 noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, January 17th. All Forum programs are free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring a brown bag lunch or to take advantage of the Forum’s partnership with Guthries Cafe and order from their menu in advance of the presentation; bottled water, coffee and tea will be available at the Library.
The Great Falls Forum is co-sponsored by Bates College, the Lewiston Sun Journal and LPL. For more information contact the Library’s Adult Services Desk at 513-3135.
