10 years ago Chris Van Allsburg’s beautiful book The Polar Express hit the big screen. This year the Lewsiton Public Library will be celebrating this fantastic book turned movie with a fun and FREE party and movie showing.

Beginning at 4:30 we will have a reading of Chris Van Allsburg’s The Polar Express followed by simple crafts and a movie showing. Enjoy free cooca and cookies while watching this Holiday Favorite.

Children aged 8 and under must be accompanied by a responsible caregiver over the age of 14.

On Christmas Eve, a doubting boy boards a magical train that’s headed to the North Pole and Santa Claus’ home.
