Free Lynda.com Online Training

In today’s fast-paced world, continuous learning and professional development have become crucial for individuals to stay competitive. One effective way to enhance skills and gain new knowledge is through frictionless virtual onboarding trainings facilitated by learning management systems (LMS). These systems offer convenient access to a wide range of courses and resources, enabling learners to acquire software, design, and business skills from the comfort of their own homes.

The Maine State Library is currently offering a “2 week Access E-Pass” to the Lynda.com Online Training Library. Lynda.com is an online learning company that helps anyone learn software, design, and business skills to achieve their personal and professional goals.

The site offers over 2,500 video courses covering technical skills, creative techniques, business strategies, and more. Check out a full list of courses here.

From May 2014 to February 2015, public library patrons throughout Maine will have the opportunity to use a two week subscription that allows access to all of the training content available on the Lynda website.

Need longer than two weeks? If your courses are taking longer than two weeks to complete, you can simply request for another two week pass!

To sign up for an e-pass or to learn more information check out the Maine State Library’s page.
