Global Maine: Documenting Immigrant Life in Lewiston

Colby College students will be presenting several short documentary films at LPL on Thurs., May 5th at 5:00 p.m. These films were created in collaboration with local community organizations, including Maine Immigrant and Refugee Services, Somali Bantu Community Association, Tree Street Youth and YES United.

The documentaries were developed as part of Colby’s Integrated Studies Program under the direction of professors Catherine Besteman and Maple Razsa. The LPL program is free and open to the public.
