- Black History Month Film. Honor Black History Month with powerful films that highlight the rich cultural heritage and impactful achievements of Black Americans. Kanopy’s collection offers a profound look into the history, resilience, and progress of the Black community.
This Week @ LPL
- Teen & Friends Magic: the Gathering Club, Thursday, February 6th at 4pm. Engage in all things Magic: the Gathering, from trading with other people to playing matches against others. Bring a friend and play against one another or other challengers.
Next Week @ LPL
- CareerCenter Resume Workshop, Tuesday, February 11th at 11am. The CareerCenter will provide professional resume writing and job connection assistance on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Teen Yoga for Stress, Wednesday, February 12th at 3:30pm. Practice will focus on simple breathing and movement.
- ArtVan, Wednesday, February 12th at 3:30pm. ArtVan is a mobile art program that brings hands-on creative art opportunities for self-expression, personal growth, and fun. All of their projects aim to inspire art-making with a variety of materials to explore.
- Valentine’s Day Keepsake, Friday, February 14th at 10am. Caregivers and their young children will be able to make a collaborative family handprint keepsake on canvas for Valentine’s Day.

- The Library will be CLOSED on Monday, February 17th in observance of President’s Day. We will reopen at 9:30am on Tuesday, February 18th.
