Struggling with student loan repayment? Confused about what types of loans you have? Wondering if the new SAVE repayment plan makes sense for you? Questions about Public Service Loan Forgiveness, Income-Driven Repayment, or Total and Permanent Disability Discharge? This student loan presentation will cover the basics of student loans, repayment options, opportunities for forgiveness or cancellation based on disability, profession, or school misconduct, and the rights you have as a student loan borrower.
Pine Tree Legal Assistance is committed to making the justice system more accessible for all Mainers, regardless of income, using three effective strategies: legal advocacy, information about your rights, and community legal education. Pine Tree Legal wants to empower all Mainers to advocate for themselves by providing them with information about their civil legal rights and responsibilities.
