August 31, 2020 Lewsiton Public Library Newsletter: Writing Franco America in English, Virtual Great Falls Forum, LPL by Appointment

Highlights:

Lewiston Public Library is pleased to announce Writing Franco America in English. On Thursday, September 3rd from 5:30 to 6:30pm, LPL will host Dr. Susan Pinette for an online presentation on Franco American Writers.

The 2020-2021 season of the Great Falls Forum kicks off on Wednesday, September 16th, featuring Dr. Neil F. Comins, Professor of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Maine, Orono, with a talk entitled “What if the Moon Didn’t Exist?” The program will take place from 12 noon to 1 PM virtually via Zoom and streamed to the Lewiston Public Library Facebook page.

Our next Book Chat will happen this Tuesday, September 1st, at 11:30am on Facebook Live.
