What’s New?
  • Bikes for Books, between April 15th and May 31st. Kids in grades 1 through 8 will fill out a book review at the library. For every book review completed, a raffle ticket with their name will be entered into the drawing to win a bike. Kids can submit more than one book review. Come check out the bikes hanging from the ceiling in our children’s room!
  • Earth Day Films on Kanopy. Earth Day is on April 22nd. Join us as we marvel at the world of nature on Earth Day by viewing films about our environment on Kanopy.
  • We’re On the Radio. Our Children’s Librarian, Sara Turner, and Auburn Public Library Children’s Librarian, Brandon Dyer, join Mark on WIGY Radio for their Breakfast Club Interview to talk about the 3rd annual Lewiston-Auburn Community Read Initiative, upcoming programs, and much more!
  • Effective immediately, we will no longer be adding new posts to the LPL Kids Facebook page. For updates on programs and activities taking place in the Children’s Department, please like and follow our main library page.
