What’s New? 

 

This Week @ LPL
  • MaineTransNet Teen Tabletop, Monday, April 29th at 4:15pm. We’re hosting a series of one-shot tabletop roleplaying games in person in the IDEA Lab. Supplies will be provided – just bring yourself and your creative mind!
  • My Little Sunshine Tote Bags, Friday, May 3rd at 10am. Caregivers will be able to create a personalized keepsake tote bag using the handprints of their young children.

 

Next Week @ LPL
  • Community Art Submissions, starting Monday, May 6th at 3pm. We are inviting all ages to come to the Lewiston Public Library and create your own artwork inspired by Where Are You From? To participate, visit the library during the open hours listed below to create your own watercolor painting or clay sculpture.
    • Monday, May 6th and Tuesday, May 7th from 3pm to 6:30pm.
    • Wednesday, May 8th and Thursday, May 9th from 9:30am to 1:30pm
  • Teen & Friends Magic: the Gathering Club, Tuesday, May 7th at 3pm. Are you a long time player of Magic: the Gathering? Do you enjoy Commander or Modern formats? Are you brand new and looking to see what it’s all about? New players will have the chance to make their first starter deck and receive guidance on how to play and test their skills against other teens!
  • Community Art Exhibition, Saturday, May 11th at 11am. Join us for the our Grand Community Art Exhibition Day, with author Yamile Saied Méndez! In addition to the elaborately displayed community and school artwork, participants will enjoy an author talk, food, book giveaways and signing, and activities for kids.
