What’s New?
- March Madness with the Masons, Happening Now! It’s the 3rd annual March Madness with the Masons! This Masonic Lodge literacy program is for children in Lewiston and Auburn and will give away brand new bikes, Kindle Fire tablets, scooters and fishing kits.
- Catch January’s Great Falls Forum on YouTube. In a talk entitled “An Introduction to Maine’s Current Poet Laureate,” join Maine Poet Laureate Julia Bouwsma as she introduces her poetry by presenting poems from her books, Midden and Work by Bloodlight, as well as newer poems from projects in progress.
- St. Patrick’s Day Display. Visit the St. Patrick’s book display in the Children’s Department to pick out some stories featuring leprechauns, shamrocks, and a lot of green as well as nonfiction books about St. Patrick and Irish culture.

- Teen & Friends Magic: the Gathering Club, Thursday, March 6th at 3:30pm. Engage in all things Magic: the Gathering, from trading with other people to playing matches against others. Bring a friend and play against one another or other challengers.
Next Week @ LPL
- Resume Workshop, Tuesday, March 11th at 11am. The CareerCenter will provide interactive resume writing guidance.
- ArtVan, Wednesday, March 12th at 3:30pm. ArtVan is a mobile art program that brings hands-on creative art opportunities for self-expression, personal growth, and fun. All of their projects aim to inspire art-making with a variety of materials to explore.
- Little Masterpieces Mess-Free Painting, Friday, March 14th at 10am. Caregivers will be able to help their babies create a work of art using a technique to limit the mess of traditional finger-painting while still providing babies the tactile experience and visual stimulation from manipulating paint on paper.
