- Pride Month Book Display. Check out the book display celebrating Pride in the Children’s nonfiction section throughout the month of June.
- Pride Month Film. Celebrate Pride Month with Kanopy’s curated collection of LGBTQ+ films—featuring stories of courage, identity, and love. From groundbreaking documentaries to critically acclaimed features, these free-to-stream titles shine a light on LGBTQ+ voices and experiences.
This Week @ LPL
- Adult Beginner Yoga, Tuesday, June 10th at 5:30pm. All sessions are free to attend, and participants should bring their own mats. Due to limited floor space, registration is required.
- Summer Teen Art Club, Thursday, June 12th at 3:30pm. Teens: looking for a place to work on your art? Look no further than our Teen Art Club! Teens can work on any artistic project they wish. Supplies will be free and available for all teens.
Next Week @ LPL
- Bumps & Babies, Wednesday, June 18th at 10:30am. Bumps & Babies is a support group that provides a safe, compassionate space for individuals navigating the emotional and physical challenges of pregnancy and the postpartum period.
- The library will be CLOSED on Thursday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth. We will reopen at 9:30am on Friday, June 20th.
