What’s New?
  • Watch Holiday Movies with Kanopy. Oh, the weather outside is frightful, but the films inside are delightful. Join us as we spread a little cinematic cheer with Kanopy’s Home Viewing for the Holidays collection, free with your library card!
  • Holiday Hours:
    • Friday, December 23rd: Early closing at 1pm
    • Saturday, December 24th through Monday, December 26th: Closed
    • We will reopen at 10am on Tuesday, December 27th.
  • Be in the Know About Snow. Sign up for emergency alert text or email. Avoid a tow! Winter Parking Bans start before the storm so crews can promptly plow.
This Week at LPL
  • MaineTransNet Teen Tabletop Tuesdays, Tuesday, December 20th at 3pm. All supplies will be provided and no previous RPG experience is required – just bring yourself and your creative mind! 
  • Throwback Thursday Movie, Thursday, December 22nd at 4pm. This month’s Throwback Thursday Movie is open to all age groups. We’ll be showing the holiday classic Home Alone.

  • The Library will be closed on Monday, January 2nd. Happy New Year!
  • Great Falls Forum with Gerry Boyle, Thursday, January 19th at 12pm. In his Great Falls Forum talk, Boyle will explore our attraction to those who break the rules, and our need to see justice, fictional as it may be.
