This Week @ LPL
  • ArtVan, Wednesday, December 11th at 3:30pm. ArtVan is a mobile art program that brings hands-on creative art opportunities for self-expression, personal growth, and fun.
  • Teen Button Making, Thursday, December 12th at 4pm. Our self-serve button making station is available for all teens, grab a backing, a cool design, and bring it all together to make something cool!
  • Little Keepsakes: Height Ribbons, Friday, December 13th at 10am. Caregivers will be able to measure their young children and cut a ribbon to each child’s height. Caregivers can personalize the ribbon with their child’s name, height, and date. To complete the keepsake, the ribbon will be placed in a clear plastic bauble.
  • Dream Big Capital Campaign KickoffSaturday, December 14th at 11am. Meet-and-greet with fairytale princesses and popular superheroes. Watch each princess’s performance and enjoy a tasty snack. Kids will be able to decorate their own superhero cape or crown for a special photo with their favorite character.

  • Great Falls Forum, Thursday, December 19th at 12pm. Join Maine State Librarian Lori Fisher in conversation around book bans, censorship, and intellectual freedom protections in the region and the nation. 
  • Teen Art Club, Thursday, December 19th at 4pm. Teens: looking for a place to work on your art? Look no further than our Teen Art Club! Teens can work on any artistic project they wish. Supplies will be free and available for all teens.
