Woven Herb Garden Baskets

Decorate a Basket for the Beginning of a Windowsill Herb Garden! 🪴

Wednesday, July 30th at 12PM the Lewiston Public Library Children’s Department will be offering the program Woven Herb Garden Baskets.

Kids and teens will be provided with materials to create their own woven basket for growing small plants. Various herb seeds, soil, and paper cups to sit inside the woven baskets will also be provided so participants can start their own windowsill herb garden.

This program is recommended for kids and teens ages 5 and older. Children under the age of 8 must be supervised by a caregiver.

This activity will take place at the back tables in the Children’s Department on the third floor of the library.

This program is free, and no registration is required. All materials will be provided.

The Lewiston Public Library is located downtown at 200 Lisbon Street at the corner of Pine Street.
