Show off your skills in the Manga Battle!
Get ready to draw — LPL Teen is holding a manga drawing contest, and we want your art!
Teen artists can submit one piece of manga art to join the contest. Our two categories are original art and fan art. After one week of voting on Instagram and Discord, we will pick two winners. The best artist in each category will receive a pack of manga-making supplies as a prize.

Winners will be contacted shortly via the contact info they provided with information on picking up their prize.
What kind of art can I enter?
Your art must be no larger than a standard piece of printer paper. Digital art must be no larger than 2550×3300 pixels. Everything else is up to you!
How do I join?
There are two ways to enter your art:
- Join online with this form
- After filling out your information, the form will let you upload a file.
- Drop it off in person
- We will have submission forms available at the Teen Desk on the 2nd floor — you must turn one in along with your art piece.
What are the rules?
- One artwork per artist.
- Art must be 8.5×11 inches (one letter-sized piece of paper) or smaller. Digital files must be 2550×3300 pixels or smaller.
- All art must be your own work.
- Subject matter must be appropriate for display on Library social media and in the Teen Library space.
- Art pieces will be shared on our social media for voting and displayed in the Teen Library. If you do not want your art to be shared, please do not join the contest.
- Participants must be between the age of 12 and 19 and live or go to school in Lewiston Public Library’s service area of Lewiston, Auburn, or Minot.
- Submissions are due by October 31, 2021 and voting will take place the first week of November (11/1 to 11/7).
